It was wonderful to read from “When You’re Falling, Dive” at Watkins Books in London. Watkins is a venerable, hundred-year-old institution that has hosted some of my favorite teachers and colleagues, from Eckhart Tolle to Rupert Sheldrake, and it was an honor to be invited. Here is a video of my reading and the Q/A that followed. I hope you enjoy it. Watch the video here.
We had such a great time at the “When You’re Falling, Dive” retreat at Old Stone Farm this past weekend! Thank you to everyone who attended (including camera-shy participants). Excellent writing, inspiring stories, new friendships, and wonderful insights. Sherry Kahn, the founder of Old Stone Farm, is one of my favorite people and I’m grateful to her for creating this event.
Hallelujah! Our first line of audio products is finally on sale on iTunes and Audible. The audio versions of “When You’re Falling, Dive” and “Sex Death Enlightenment” are on sale on iTunes and Audible. A piece about my work just came out in Art & Inspiration, an online magazine published in France (the article appears in both English and French). The theme of this issue is crisis and creativity; I’m interviewed along with Carolyn Myss and three other writers. Tess Nurman, the very young, very smart editor and founder of Art and Inspiration, talked to me by Skype for an hour – about my personal life and books, especially “When You’re Falling, Dive,” then assembled a gallery of ancient photographs that took me WAY back … like seeing my life flash before my eyes. Art and Inspiration is published quarterly and is full of powerful pieces and terrific visuals. I’m happy to be in such good company.
